MK-677 will dramatically increase healing and recovery and is typically dosed at 15mg per day for this purpose.

Pretty happy thus far with the YK11, i’m on a recomp at the moment but I am steadily gaining muscle with no extra fat based on a clean 3500 calorie per day diet. generally if i am on 3500 i drop off due to my metabolism but hasnt been an issue
